B-Pay – the Boxwood’s flagship solution to launch a large-scale payment and fare-collection networks. B-Pay is the centralized network of universal self-service machines (Self-Service Terminals – SSTs) accepting cash and cards with an easy to modify user-friendly touch-screen interface.
B-Pay - the best way to “go digital”. It takes cash to digital environment. The solution can be used by the financial companies, mobile network operations (MNOs), state entities, all market-players who would like to acquire payments, promote services and establish effective communication with a large number of clients countrywide or internationally.
B-Pay customer can get a wide range of services 24/7:
- Access to Accounts and Billing - including bank accounts, or bills at any non-banking institution, MNO, utility company, or tax authority.
- Transactions - top up accounts, make loan installments, pay the utility bills, make P2P transfers directly or via the specialized remittance systems.
- Apply for Services - submit the applications (e.g. loan application), Subscribe for a special tariff plan.
- Get Information - promos, customized offers, etc.
B-Pay – an efficient way to increase brand recognition and boost the customer satisfaction. Self-service terminals can be located at the service centers providing reduction of load on staff and increase the service center’s operational capacity. Direct savings might achieve $0.2 – $0.5 per transaction. It’s highly effective to locate the machines at the shopping areas, at “bazaars”, railway stations, bus stops, high-streets, etc. Self-service terminals may work as very convenient, inexpensive “mini-service centers” in far-out villages and areas with limited access to financial services.
